Where can I change the font size of the top cascading menu javascript items?

Q:
Where can I change the font size of the top items in the cascading menu javascript (i.e.
Products, About, Contact Us)?
Using the DHTML Tuner doesn't allow me to change this font or the size, so the submenu's are bigger than the top.

for the top cascading menu javascript items using Individual Item Styles.
