How can I create button start menu Horizontal at level 1, Horizontal at level 2, then vertical?

How can I create a Button start menu that will be Horizontal at level 1,
Horizontal at level 2, then vertical from then on.
Can your system create such Button start menu? Even if I need to manually
adjust something that would be fine.
A:
Unfortunately, the Button start menu can't do that now. You can only set the
orientation for the top-menu items and its submenus.
