In Netscape and Firefox the css collapse isn't centered on the pages

Q:
The only problem I still have is with Netscape and Firefox users...the css collapse
is not centered on their pages...what can I do to remedy this??

suggestions??

Try to set exact width for the menu in "px":
var menuWidth="500px";
