When set up links in the effective website navigation using Tuner app, it changes them to different paths.

Q:
When set up links using Tuner application, it change them to different paths.
For example I set to: c:\test(HTMLfolder)\Test Link\IntrAC-DC.swf,
then Tuner sets:
["|||||Item SWF","Test Link/IntrAC-DC.swf", , , , "_parent", , , , ],
It does not work until I move linked files to
“c:\test(HTMLfolder)\data-samples\Test Link”
