No, unfortunately, menu html code cannot wrap item text automatically.
But you can use
tag within item text, for example

["Item 1 text <br> text text text <br> text text text ","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
["Item 2","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
["Item 3","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "", ],
];
