Why I now have double menu drop down javascript and how to correct this?

charged with this project and still struggling a little.
Could you please take a look at the page and tell me why I have
double menu drop down javascript and how to correct this?

It happens because at first you call
<SCRIPT src="CHSD Map_files/data.js" type=text/javascript > </SCRIPT >
and then you paste the content of data.js file in your code directly.
That's why you have two menu drop down javascript on your page.
Try to delete the content of your data file from your page.
Please, delete one of them.
