I have the mouse over drop down menu installed over a Flash movie. In IE the mouse over drop down menu flickers and
in Firefox it disappears under Flash movie. 8( Is there a option for this that
allows me to have menu lay over Flash?

You can have such effect in IE7. You should click on the flash. Your
mouse over drop down menu will stop flicker.
