The dialog allows you to generate ready-to-use Javascript code that you can paste into your menu .js file.

HTML version of DHTML Tuner doesn't allow you to save menu data into .js files directly.
You should create new .js file or open existent one using any text editor and copy all content from the text area of the dialog using clipboard.
