Is there a way submenu's to be the same for first and second level in sliding menu javascript

Q:
In my sliding menu javascript example “Management” item goes over “Staff” item. I want the same for “Staff” over “Provincial Office”
I would like to have submenu’s border to be the same for first and second level of submenu.
