How to use javascript calls when the link is clicked in the javascript onmouseover menu?

["item text", "javascript:your_code_here", ...]
Javascript executes when the link is clicked it is not the link itself.
Below is what I usually use and how would I incorporate that in the javascript onmouseover menu?

I'm not sure I understand you.
You can use
NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');
function call in an item's link:
["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]
But if you don't want to use this method, you can just insert <a> </a> into an item's text.
