Firefox doesn't support the shadow and effects in the html menu bar.

Q:
The only problems that I have eith html menu bar is that Firefox doesn't make the right height for submenus, and
doesn't support the shadow, any window effect, although IE6 works fine.
Is there any way to get FF to display correctly?
A:
You can't see the shadow in Firefox because filters are supported by
IE 5+ only.

Try to specify units in "px":
var itemPadding="3px";
